work performed by Kornhaas Construction with respect to our new distribution center in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
The project was bid as a design/build project from design criteria with a compressed
schedule. You and your consultants were able to quickly develop plans that meet our criteria, help with permitting and complete the project on time and under the G?max price.
This was with a very wet spring at the start of the project
We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship that your construction team
performed. Your consultants, office and field staffs were all great to work with and very professional. A special thanks to Ernie Glotta for his help and you for your personal
