M. Kim Kornhaas,
President

Kim began his career 30 years ago working as a laborer in custom residential and commercial building. He later advanced to carpenter, superintendent, project manager, estimator and now is the owner and president of Kornhaas Construction.  Through this progression he has gained extensive knowledge in all phases of construction.  Kim is a former board member of  the "Associated General Contractors of America, board member of the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce, and former president of the Southern Oklahoma Builders Association. He obtained a degree in Environmental Design, with emphasis on Architecture from the University of Oklahoma.

Clifford E. Davis,
Vice President/Comptroller

In addition to his position as vice president, Cliff directs procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records for all of the accounting and auditing.  He has been with Kornhaas Construction for 20 years.  He has a B.A. from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a M.L.S. from The University of North Texas.

 

Ernie Glotta,
Chief Estimator

Ernie joined Kornhaas Construction, Inc. in 1987 as chief  estimator.  He has 30 years of experience as a chief estimator, project manager and engineer. Ernie has extensive experience in estimating all types of construction including numerous  medical facilities ranging from seven thousand to forty-two million.  He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.

 

Korri M. Meredith,
Safety Director/Contract Administrator

Korri attended Oklahoma State University and is certified through the State of Oklahoma Safety Council. She has worked for Kornhaas Construction for 10 years and is responsible for all contracts and safety programs.

 

 

Theresa (T.K.) Gilbert,
Director of Marketing/Business Development

T.K. joined Kornhaas Construction, Inc. in August of 1996. She is responsible for all Kornhaas' business development and marketing activities. Prior to her employment with Kornhaas Construction, she worked as a director's assistant of public relations and as an advertising consultant for radio and newspaper. T.K. attended the Oklahoma City South Community College.

 

Project Managers

Greg E. Twitchell,
Project Manager

Greg recently became a Project Manager for Kornhaas Construction, Inc. He joined Kornhaas Construction as a Project Superintendent in April 1987. He began his construction career serving as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army in 1972. Prior to his employment with Kornhaas Construction, Greg worked as a carpenter and carpenter foreman for other construction firms. His broad range of experience in the building industry has enabled him to be involved in commercial construction ranging from small to multimillion dollar projects. Greg attended the college of Marin in Kentfield, California and was listed on the Dean's Honor Roll.

Kurtis King,
Project Manager/Estimator

Kurtis joined Kornhaas Construction in 2001. Prior to this, he worked in many phases of the industry. He has worked as a laborer, carpenter,concrete finisher and an Intern Engineer.  Kurtis recently graduated from Oklahoma State University-Okmulgee with an Associates Applied Science in Construction Management and Administration.

Site Managers

Thomas Fred Pruitt,
Site Manager

Fred has twenty one years of on site experience in commercial construction and has worked for Kornhaas Construction for the past 17 years. He has an extensive knowledge of construction from cost estimating to working with different aspects of finish carpentry.

 

Greg Horton,
Site Manager

Greg joined the Kornhaas Construction team in May, 2000.  Since the age of 7 he worked with his Dad during the summer finishing concrete.  In 1979 Greg joined RFD Construction as a laborer and later advanced to superintendent. His knowledge and experience of the construction industry makes him a key member of the project team.

Leon Richardson,
Site Manager

Leon has been involved with numerous types of construction for the past 29 years.  He has extensive understanding of site layout, heavy concrete forming, structural steel, and precast tilt ups.  He has been actively engaged in the construction of warehouse facilities, manufacturing facilities, multiple story luxury apartment buildings, and office buildings.
