Our Administrative Team
M. Kim Kornhaas
Poised to graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Architecture, Kim worked weekends and summers with his father at M.J. Kornhaas Construction. Inevitably Kim fell in love with construction and changed focus. After taking construction science courses Kim encouraged his father to delve into commercial construction. After 10 years working in all aspects of the company, Kim took the helm in 1987 and Kornhaas Construction has been delivering projects successfully year after year. Kim brings his wealth of knowledge, expertise in estimating, understanding of architecture, and years of construction experience to his leadership role. He works closely with owners and architects on each project, reviews estimates and keeps his hand on the pulse of company operations to insure each owner has the personal attention they deserve, and each project goes as smoothly as possible.

Korri M. Kornhaas
Safety Director/Contract Administrator
Korri began her career with Kornhaas Construction in 1991 with the task of implementing and maintaining a comprehensive safety program. This program is to ensure Kornhaas Construction compliance with all OSHA regulations and ensure the safety of all employees working on Kornhaas Construction job sites. Korri is also responsible for the administration of all contracts and insurance. Korri attended Oklahoma State University and is certified through the State of Oklahoma Safety Council.
With a Business Administration Degree from the University of Florida, Camie brings 20+ years of Accounting experience in various aspects of the Corporate and Private business world. Her accounting experience includes retail service, transportation, financial services technology and construction. In addition to accounting, Camie is an active Real Estate Broker in both Texas and Florida with 6+ years of residential real estate experience. From the smallest of details to the overall financial process, she brings a coupling of education and hands on experience that is very unique.

Greg E. Twitchell
Vice President/General Superintendent
Greg has been with Kornhaas since 1987 and has managed field operations for every project. He will be a familiar face on each job site as he ensures the Site Superintendents and Construction Managers have the equipment, tools, and manpower they need to get the job done. Greg meets weekly with Construction Managers and Site Superintendents to review job site needs for long-term and short-term equipment and manpower, and confirms operational and safety guidelines are being adhered to. All Kornhaas projects run smoothly in part due to Greg's professional over-site and guidance.

Thomas Fred Pruitt
PROJECT MANAGER, VALERO REFINERY DIVISION
With more than 40 years of hands on construction experience, Fred has worked on every size of project and is skilled at seeing the big picture and moving a project along towards successful completion. He has excellent work ethic and loves to share his knowledge and skills on the job-site. Fred has the skill to visualize the project from concept to closeout, and understands the importance of staying on budget, completing the work on time, and making sure the client has a building that will stand the test of time. He is an accomplished Project Manager and is exceptional at creating rapport with all team members as they work through the complexities of a project toward a common goal. Fred's easy going nature and love for what he does brings a positive atmosphere to each project he manages.

Greg grew up in the construction industry, with more than 20 years in Construction Management, and brings a wealth of knowledge to each project. His leadership skills and ability to develop lasting relationships with clients, consultants and vendors, makes him a valuable member of our management team. Greg has a proven track record of guiding projects from conception through the pre-construction and construction phases to a successful completion, consistently meeting or exceeding clients’ needs. Because of his leadership and extensive construction knowledge, he easily earns the trust of the entire team, which allows the project team to navigate the challenges and opportunities that each project affords.
