M. Kim Kornhaas
Kim began his career with Kornhaas Construction, Inc. in 1973 working summers and weekends while attending college at the University of Oklahoma. Upon graduating in 1977 Kim began fulltime employment starting in the field as a carpenter. He continued to moving up first as superintendent then project manager, vice-president and in 1987 assumed the role of president and owner of Kornhaas Construction, Inc. Through this progression he has gained extensive knowledge in all phases of construction. Kim is a former board member and president of the Associated General Contractors of America – Oklahoma Building Chapter, board member of the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce, Trustee for the Ardmore Development Authority and former president of the Southern Oklahoma Builders Association.
Kim is responsible for the accounting operations for the company. She maintains the records for all the accounting and auditing in addition to managing the daily financial tasks for Kornhaas. Kim earned her bachelor's in business administration - management concentration from East Central University and started with Kornhaas in 2016
Korri M. Kornhaas
Safety Director/Contract Administrator
Korri began her career with Kornhaas Construction in 1991 with the task of implementing and maintaining a comprehensive safety program. This program is to ensure Kornhaas Construction compliance with all OSHA regulations and ensure the safety of all employees working on Kornhaas Construction job sites. Korri is also responsible for the administration of all contracts and insurance. Korri attended Oklahoma State University and is certified through the State of Oklahoma Safety Council.

Greg E. Twitchell
Project Manager & Vice President of Field Operations
Greg began his career with Kornhaas Construction, Inc. in 1987 as a carpenter and quickly moved into the position of Project Superintendent. He has continued with Kornhaas gaining the position of Project Manager and eventually Vice President of Field Operations. Greg is responsible coordination of superintendents and subcontractors. Greg is also responsible for quality control and with his insistence for quality he has been responsible for many projects completed with ZERO punch list. He began his construction career serving as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army in 1972. Prior to his employment with Kornhaas Construction, Greg worked as a carpenter and carpenter foreman for other construction firms. His broad range of experience in the building industry has enabled him to be involved in commercial construction ranging from small to multimillion dollar projects. Greg attended the college of Marin in Kentfield, California.
Thomas Fred Pruitt
PROJECT MANAGER, VALERO REFINERY DIVISION
Fred began his career with Kornhaas Construction, Inc. in 1984 as a carpenter. With his knowledge of construction and hard work he quickly rose to the position of project superintendent. Fred has spent many years with Kornhaas Construction building variety of projects such as educational, research facilities, retail, medical and industrial. In 2010 Fred placed in charge of Kornhaas projects at the Ardmore Valero Refinery.
